1.Who we are and how to contact us

This policy covers the DICOS.TECH online service, based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Jimmy Lu is the public contact.

For anything about your information — access, correction, deletion, or a complaint — email DICOS.TECH@proton.me. That is the same address as general support, and it reaches a person.

2.What we collect and hold

Only what the product needs to work. Each item below corresponds to something the software actually stores.

  • Account identity and contact details — the email address you sign up with, and the business name you give us.
  • Your answers about your business — everything you type into the guided questions, including anything you choose to tell us about your pricing, guarantees or existing customers.
  • What DICOS generates for you — the research findings, strategy, copy, website, blog posts and launch plan produced for your project.
  • Files you upload — images and a logo, where you supply them.
  • Purchase and entitlement records — that a payment completed, its amount, and which project it unlocked. We never see or store your card details; those go directly to Stripe.
  • Support messages — what you send us by email, and our replies.
  • Authentication and session information — the technical data needed to keep you signed in.

3.How we collect and store it

We collect information directly from you: when you create an account, answer the guided questions, upload a file, make a purchase, or email support. We do not buy personal information, and we do not collect it from third parties about you.

Your account, projects and purchase records are held in a Supabase Postgres database. Signing in sets authentication cookies in your browser. A small amount of information is also kept in your browser’s local storage on your own device — that inventory is in the Cookies and browser storage.

4.Why we use it

We use your information for these purposes and no others:

  • Authentication — so that only you can reach your projects.
  • Project persistence and recovery — so your work is still there when you come back, and can be restored if something fails.
  • Payment confirmation — to confirm a purchase completed and unlock the launch it paid for.
  • Research and generation — to research your market and write the assets you asked for.
  • Delivering your output — showing it to you in the app and building your downloads.
  • Support, security and disputes — answering your questions, protecting accounts, and handling a payment dispute if one arises.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. No advertising or analytics tracker was found anywhere in the current codebase.

5.AI providers and your content

DICOS does not train its own AI model on your content. There is no training pipeline in the DICOS software.

To produce your research and copy, DICOS sends the project information necessary for that work to configured AI service providers. Anthropic is the provider used for generation in the current code. Google Gemini exists as an optional integration but is not configured as the production provider at launch.

What those providers do with information sent to them is governed by their own terms and their agreement with us. We do not promise that an external provider retains or trains on that information. You should avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is not needed for your project.

6.Who else handles your information

DICOS uses a small number of service providers to run the product. Each is listed below with how certain we are of its role, because a provider list that is wrong in either direction is a false statement.

  • Stripe — payments. Verified. Your card details go to Stripe directly and never reach DICOS.
  • Supabase — authentication and database, configured in Tokyo, Japan.
  • Anthropic — AI generation. Verified in code.
  • Unsplash — image search and selection for your generated website. Verified in code.
  • Vercel — application hosting, currently configured in North America.

7.Information sent outside Australia

Some providers operate outside Australia. Application requests may be processed in the United States, database information is stored in Japan, and Stripe, Anthropic, Supabase, Vercel and Unsplash may process information in other countries under their own service arrangements.

8.Getting your information, correcting it, or deleting it

You can see and edit most of your information inside the product: your projects and everything DICOS wrote for them, and you can delete an individual project yourself.

For anything else — a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion of your account — email DICOS.TECH@proton.me. We will verify that the request is really from you before acting on it.

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some records must be kept after that — information we are required to retain for legal, payment, fraud or dispute purposes, including records of a completed payment. We will tell you what has been kept and why.

9.Complaints

If you think we have mishandled your information, email DICOS.TECH@proton.me and tell us what happened. We will acknowledge your complaint, look into it, and write back with what we found and what we intend to do.

10.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date displayed at the top will be updated. If a change materially affects how we handle existing account information, we will provide notice through the service or by email where reasonably practicable.

Questions about this policy go to DICOS.TECH@proton.me.
