1.The guarantee
DICOS supplies every component listed in the package. If a component fails, DICOS regenerates it. If DICOS cannot supply it, the founder can contact support about a refund.
That is the whole of the guarantee. It is about supply: DICOS undertakes to deliver every component listed in your package, to regenerate a component that fails, and — if it cannot supply one at all — to discuss a refund with you.
It is not a satisfaction guarantee, and it does not promise business results. What DICOS does not promise is set out in the Terms of Service.
2.How to make a request
Email DICOS.TECH@proton.me and include:
- the email address on your account
- which project it is about
- which component is missing or failed, and what happened
Those three things let us find the project and look at what actually happened, which is usually faster than a conversation about it.
3.What happens next
We aim to give you an initial decision within five business days. If we need longer — because the problem is unclear or we are still investigating — we will tell you rather than leave you waiting.
Where a component failed, we may regenerate it first. That is the primary remedy under the guarantee: the point is that you end up with the thing you paid for. If regeneration fixes it, that is the outcome.
Where DICOS cannot supply a listed component at all, we will discuss a refund with you. Approved refunds are returned through the original Stripe payment method used for the purchase.
How long the money takes to appear after we approve it is partly out of our hands — it depends on Stripe and on your bank or card issuer.
4.What the guarantee does not cover
The guarantee is about delivery failures. It does not, by itself, create a contractual right to a refund where:
- you have changed your mind after the work was supplied
- the components were supplied but you do not like them — editing and revising your own output is part of how DICOS is meant to be used
- the account or the service has been misused, or used in breach of the Terms
This section describes the guarantee only. It does not describe your statutory rights, which are set out below and are unaffected by it.
5.Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, not instead of them. Nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under that law.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
6.Access after a refund
AUD $49 buys one business launch. Where a purchase is fully refunded or reversed, access to the project it paid for ends. A partial refund does not, by itself, remove access to the whole project. Access also ends when a payment is cancelled or charged back.
While a payment is being disputed, access may be suspended until the dispute is resolved. If the dispute is resolved in our favour, access may be restored.
Files you have already downloaded remain yours to keep — we cannot recall a copy that is already on your computer, and we do not attempt to.
None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, set out above.
7.If we disagree
If you are unhappy with a decision, reply and say so — tell us what you think we got wrong and we will look again. Raising it with us first is usually quicker than a card dispute, and it does not affect any right you have to escalate afterwards.
